WINNERS CIRCLE PROGRAM

	Program to enables fans and business owners to purchase capability to guarantee same seat(s) for any event at any motorsports venue.
	Program would not require Winners Circle participant to purchase tickets to every event.

	Parking will be planned as part of a transportation hub that will enable parking areas to provide convenient customer access to all venues.
	Special reserved parking areas are planned for Winners Circle participants.

	500 pull-through concrete slips, each with 30/50 amp electric, water and sewer, gated and fenced as necessary for security and privacy, each with picnic area with grill, shower house provided.
	500 traditional concrete slips, each with 30/50 amp electric, water and sewer, gated and fenced as necessary for security and privacy.
