What is the Alabama Motorsports Park, A Dale Earnhardt, Jr. Speedway?
The entertainment complex will be anchored by the three racing venues: an oval track, which is branded A Dale Earnhardt Jr Speedway, a road course and a karting track—and will accommodate stock car, truck, open wheel, sprint and motorcycle racing.
The complex also is planned to include an RV resort, a fishing lake, multiple retail locations and restaurant outlets. Other music and entertainment facilities are also planned including music theaters. The facility is geographically large enough to continue to offer consumers the latest in sports and entertainment options.

What sort of racing events will be held at the venue?
The facility anticipates hosting an array of motorsports events including stock car, open wheel, and sprint races. The ownership group will work with motorsports sanctioning bodies to secure events that coincide with the park’s scheduled opening once it is operational. Sanctioning bodies do not generally grant races until tracks are substantially under construction, so we plan to begin conversations with them once the track is underway.

Does Dale Earnhardt, Jr. own the racetrack?
Yes, Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is one of the investors in the facility, as well as his sister Kelley Earnhardt Elledge and brother Kerry Earnhardt. A complete list of investors can be found at www.alabamamotorsportspark.com.

When will the facility be open?
Construction is planned to enable the facility to be fully operational in 2010. Some venues may be operational in 2009.

GENERAL WINNERS CIRCLE QUESTIONS

What is the Winners Circle program?
The Winners Circle program enables motorsports fans to belong to an elite group in which each member receives a variety of benefits and the right to buy the same seat location for motorsports events, and any other event in the motorsports facilities, they wish to attend. There is no requirement to buy tickets to every event. The membership fee is a one-time fee.

Can I sell or transfer my Winners Circle membership?
Yes. Memberships can be transferred to immediate family members at any time and to anyone after May 1, 2010. An administrative transfer fee will be your only cost.

Is being a member of the Winners Circle the only way I can buy tickets to motorsports events?
Not necessarily. Events may be sold out through the Winners Circle, but there may also be tickets available to the general public. Winners Circle members always get the first right to purchase tickets and are guaranteed the right to buy tickets.

What are the types and pricing of Winners Circle memberships?

Is there a discount available if I am one of the first to buy?
No discounts are available at this time.

If I buy quickly, does that help me get a seat where I want to sit?
Yes. Orders are processed and seats within a section are reserved based upon the date of the postmark.

What is the most expensive Winners Circle membership option?
The Diamond section is the most expensive membership and offers the most amenities, including climate-controlled seating and valet parking.

Do businesses get better seats than regular fans?
No. All purchasers are treated evenly. Sections and seats are assigned based on the postmark of your application. Sale to the public and to the corporate community begin/began at the same time (November 14, 2006).

Can I pay with a credit card or a check?
Yes. Credit card information is on the application on the website as well as information on how to pay by check.

Do you offer financing?
You may pay your entire fee at once, but we are only asking for a 10% initial deposit with the application with three additional payments during the track construction period. You will need to complete payments 90 days prior to the track’s opening. We are not charging interest on this purchase.

How do I send in my down payment?
Purchasers must fill out an application which can be downloaded from Alabama Motorsports Park’s website (www.alabamamotorsportspark) and mail in the down payment amount with a check or pay by credit card. The down payment is 10% (ten percent) of the total purchased amount.

How will I make my other payments?
After paying your down payment, Gulf Coast Entertainment, LLC will send you periodic invoices.

Invoice Schedule
10% of Purchase Amount due with Winners Circle agreement.
30% of Purchase Amount due 60 (sixty) days following commencement of construction, estimated 9/1/07.
30% of Purchase Amount due midway through construction, estimated 9/1/08
30% of Purchase Amount due 90 days prior to construction completion, estimated 9/1/09.

Can I pay my full membership amount at one time?
Yes. Simply add up the total number and submit with a completed application. You will be mailed confirmation that your payment was received in full.

What other benefits will I receive with my Winners Circle membership?
• Free reserved priority parking location, with the number of passes and location to be determined by the number and type of Winners Circle memberships purchase.
• First chance to purchase slips in the RV resort.
• Discounts on tickets and track merchandise.
• Preferred access to special track areas.
• Others to be determined.How will my membership be prioritized?

Each membership application will be dated the day that it is postmarked. The sooner it is submitted to Gulf Coast Entertainment, the higher priority you will receive. We have reserved and accounted for ample amounts of available memberships in each section so we are hopeful that each member’s request can be met.

How will my actual seats be determined?
The track designer/architect will determine the best seats in each section, and the best seats will be awarded to the first purchasers (determined by postmark) in each section.

What are the differences in each section and membership type?
• Some memberships include climate controlled seating.
• All members receive priority reserved parking, but Diamond members also receive free valet parking.
• Generally speaking, the more expensive motorsports seats are higher in the grandstands to enable patrons the best view of the entire track and the pit areas. They are also located closer to the middle of the grandstand to allow optimum viewing of Turn 1, Turn 4 and the front stretch in the oval track and the dirt/sprint track; and to have the best view of the drag strip and the pit area, front stretch, and first and final turns of the road course.

What section should I buy?
This is up to each purchaser. You should buy based on your viewing preferences. We have provided space on the application for special requests (such as “closer to Turn 1”) on the application, and we will make best efforts to fill those requests.

Can I sit in a tobacco-free and alcohol-free zone?
Yes, there is a location on the application to designate a preference for tobacco-free and alcohol-free seating.

How do I request seating for disabled?
All facilities will be designed to accommodate handicapped/disabled patrons. There is a location on the application to request seating for handicapped/disabled.

If I want to buy into the Winners Circle program for myself, but I know that my wife will not go to as many events as I will; then should I get her one too or should we just get her a ticket when they go on sale to the public?
Since the Winners Circle program is reasonably priced, we suggest you buy a Winners Circle membership for all parties interested in attending races, particularly if they are interested in attending major races. Since you are NOT REQUIRED to purchase tickets for every race, you would only buy tickets to an event that another party would attend with you.

What is the true benefit of buying into the Winners Circle Program if I can still buy a ticket when they go on sale to the public for each event?
The Winners Circle program guarantees that you can get a ticket for every event. Plus, since Winners Circle members get first choice for seat location, purchasing a Winners Circle membership is the only way to assure that you’ll be able to sit where you want for every event. Additionally, there will be various discounts and special programs for Winners Circle members.

Are there discounts for families with small children?
Not for the Winners Circle program. However, some events may have special pricing for seniors, military or children.

Can I “lease” out Winners Circle memberships to my friends if I am not using them? If I can do you have to inform someone?
You can buy a ticket to each event for each Winners Circle membership, and distribute them as you wish. That means you can use the tickets yourself, or you can give the tickets to friends. You would not have to inform us unless you plan to permanently transfer the license to someone else, either by selling it to them or giving it to them permanently.

Are there any plans to advertise the preferred seating through television?
Yes. We plan to advertise them in the future, depending on how many remain following our Internet sale. We have them available on the Internet now so the general public can receive the same opportunity as businesses and industry to purchase the best sections.

Can I upgrade my Winners Circle program at any time? Do I have to do the upgrade for all my Winners Circle memberships or can I do as many or as few as I want? How would I make that happen?
Yes you can upgrade some, or all, or your Winners Circle memberships at the end of the racing season each year. We will advise Winners Circle members of the upgrade opportunities at the end of each year and provide a timeframe for the upgrades. Upgrades will be available to any section not already sold-out.

Are the RV parks divided up into Winners Circle members and the public? If the RV parks are open to anyone then why would the Winners Circle Program be beneficial to me?
The RV parks will not be specifically divided into Winners Circle areas, but Winners Circle members will get first option to purchase or lease RV slips and will receive a discount.

Can the licensee be a husband and wife or must it be just one person?
Only one name can be on a license. However, if a husband and wife each want a Winners Circle membership in their name, then they should fill out TWO applications and MAIL THEM IN TOGETHER and REQUEST SEATS TOGETHER.

Will there be a tobacco-free, alcohol permitted section?
There will definitely be a tobacco-free, alcohol-free section. We are reviewing other potential special sections and will have decisions soon. Meanwhile, you should put any special request on the application blank and we will make every effort to fulfill your requests.

After full payment of the WCM, will there be a yearly membership fee? If so, what will the cost be?
No, the Winners Circle is a one-time fee and provides the benefits for the life of the facilities.

Will the WCM include a discounted rate for the RV Park during non-race events? Also, has a non-event rate or estimate been determined?
Yes. Winners Circle members will always receive a discount for the RV park. We have not determined specific rates, but they will be comparable to other RV facilities.

If not satisfied with the seat assignment, can the seat assignment be changed?
Based on availability within a section, or Winners Circle availability in other sections, we will make best efforts to satisfy all patrons with their seat location.

I will probably purchase 5 WCM. Am I allowed to purchase less than 5 tickets for a particular event?
If you purchase 5 Winners Circle memberships, it entitles you to purchase 0 - 5 tickets to any event.

What is the projected event ticket pricing for the Winners Circle seating for gold level and below?
Prices will vary depending on the type of event and whether it is a major event. You can expect pricing for all seats to be comparable to other tracks for the specific event being conducted.

What is the projected pricing for RV slips? Can I buy or rent monthly/weekly/nightly?
We are currently refining our pricing for purchase and rental of RV slips. You can expect the prices to be market competitive. Slips will be available for rental per night, per week, per month and per year. Winners Circle members will receive discounts.

Why is the Winners Circle better than what we do at other tracks? After each event, we have a period of time to purchase the same seats for the following season.
Winners Circle members have the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the same seats in order to retain their rights going forward. So, if you missed a year or a race, you would not lose your rights to the same seats. Additionally, Winners Circle members will receive discounts on tickets and merchandise plus access to special track areas. The Winners Circle program is the only way to GUARANTEE you can get the same seats for EVERY EVENT during the life of the racing facilities.
